Status Report

This is the monthly, sometimes weekly, sometimes annual, status report, or, What is going on here at Elmi Law?

Last month, we (and by we, I mean me) assisted post-secondary graduate students in their license application process based on accredidation status of their school, and potential appeal with State agencies. I offered my time on a pro-bono basis.

Assisted a client in negotiation of claim involving fraud and negligence against a real estate broker regarding a residential property sale.

Assisted a client in resolving a dispute with a neighbor regarding residential property boundaries, and the review and permit process for same.

Currently, assisting a client in drafting a new family revocable trust and transfer of ownership of real property.

Coming up this month, updated marketing and meetings with independent business owners, and more website work!
